1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Storyset, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Storyset is a pre-production planning tool for filmmakers and creative professionals. Permission is granted to use the service for both personal and commercial production planning purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through Storyset. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

4. Third-Party Services

Storyset integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, and AI image generation providers. Your use of these integrated features is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. Google Maps features are provided subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Storyset for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Storyset or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Storyset.
